For Singapore Customers

• Delivery is free for purchase over S$100 for orders delivered to a Singapore address, no code needed.
• Online orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only.
• Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
• Orders placed on the weekend and holidays begin processing on the next business day.
• Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped.
• You can track your parcel here by entering the tracking ID provided. A flat fee of S$6 is applicable for purchase below S$100.

For International Customers

We ship globally. Fill in the shipping country to see shipping  charges during checkout. International shipping varies depending on country zones. All our international shipments are door-to-door delivery provided by SF Express Worldwide with tracking available. 

For international orders, please note that deliveries outside of Singapore may be subject to customs inspection and duties and taxes may be levied by the relevant authorities in your country following local legislation, and are payable by you. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice should this occur. Please check with your local authorities for any inquiries regarding such duties and taxes before placing an order.

In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred and you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you will have to bear the charges for all return charges, including any return taxes and/or duties incurred.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Kindly contact us for a PayNow arrangement.

What currency do you accept?

We accept Singapore dollar.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an online financial service that allows you to pay for items using a secure internet account. You simply add your bank account, credit card or debit card details and whenever you pay using PayPal, you can can choose which of your cards or accounts it pays with. You may sign up for a PayPal account via www.paypal.com 

Why is my promo code is not working?

There're a few possible reasons why your discount could be invalid:

• The discount code has expired
• The terms of use of the discount are only applicable to selected items or subjected to a minimum purchase
• The discount code was applied to the incorrect field
• Stacking of several promo codes 

Only one promo code at every check out, kindly place your order individually should you have more than 1 promo code.
